PERTH — The fictional Perthetic Weather Desk has ruled that Storm Loyalty Cards remain emotionally binding even though Chloe was not named.
“You still endured two storms,” said a fictional clerk. “That counts. The Chloe stamp was a mood, not a Met Office product.”
Residents may keep their cards for the next named system. Until then, please secure garden furniture and accept that umbrellas are a negotiation, not a right.
The real story: Fictional.
