PERTH — Perth residents have called for a formal consultation to decide which road will be closed next, saying they’d “at least like to be involved.”

Local bookmakers say Glasgow Road is favourite, with Dunkeld Road “showing good form”. A spokesperson said utility companies have the right to carry out works. Residents said they have the right to “a wee moan”, which they are exercising fully.
