BLAIRGOWRIE — Phase 2 of the A93 Perth Road resurfacing begins Wednesday 28 October, closing the stretch from Dunkeld Road to Beeches Road for about eight days and diverting services via Beeches Road and Emma Street.
Service 63 will not serve the community hospital during this phase; passengers for the hospital should alight at Beeches Road. Phase 1 (Perth Street) has already been redirecting most other services the same way.
“Emma Street has never felt so seen,” said a fictional lamppost. A fictional bus passenger added: “I now know every curtain on Emma Street personally. We’re on waving terms.”
Please allow extra time, check Stagecoach updates, and pack a flask for the hospital run.
The real story: A93 Perth Street / Perth Road Blairgowrie resurfacing closure, Phase 2 from 28 Oct (PKC)
