PERTH — Fictional Tulloch man Norrie has offered his services as a chimney whisperer, standing well behind the tape and calling out “you’re doing amazing” to the leaning stack. “It’s been through a lot,” he said. “Everyone wants it down. Nobody asks how it feels.” Engineers have politely declined his help and will be using actual engineering.
The real story: Fictional character; real chimney cordon context (The Courier).
