BLAIRGOWRIE — Phase 2 of the A93 resurfacing starts Wednesday for about eight days on Perth Road between Dunkeld Road and Beeches Road. Buses divert via Beeches Road and Emma Street; hospital stop changes apply for Service 63.
“Phase 1 was a warm-up,” said a fictional cone. “Phase 2 is the main set.”
Allow extra time; follow signage; do not argue with cones. They’ve heard it.
