PERTH — Fresh from Crieff Road’s six-week run, Perth’s roadworks have announced their next production: Riggs Road, closed from 3 to 15 November for cabling works.
Critics say the sequel “has the same diggers, the same cones, but bigger ambition.” One resident said: “It’s a franchise now. Next year it’ll be a trilogy. There’ll be merch.”
The council noted it is required to allow utility works. Residents noted they are required to sit in the queue.
