LETHAM — Gas repairs that have shut a stretch of Crieff Road since mid-September are still due to finish by the end of next week, and Letham drivers are practising driving in a straight line in supermarket car parks “just in case muscle memory fails”.
“I’ve forgotten what the shops look like from the front,” said one. “I’ve only seen them from Feus Road at an angle.”
Riggs Road’s November cabling closure waits in the wings like an understudy who already knows the lines.
The real story: Real: Crieff Road gas works due to end by end of next week; Riggs Road closed 3–15 Nov (Courier)
