PERTH — The council’s consideration of an in-house public transport business case and community-transport investment continues to rumble after this week’s map embarrassment.
Broxden roundabout has submitted an unsolicited character reference describing itself as “experienced in circulation” and “available for mentoring rural routes”. Nobody asked.
Highland Perthshire and Kinross-shire remain the areas most often named when reliability comes up. Real decisions will be made in meetings, not in our metaphors.
