PERTH — As UK officials discuss longer-term EU options including free movement ahead of a November summit, Perth has tabled a fictional annex: free movement of cars from the Dunkeld Road to Inveralmond without spiritual damage.
“Youth mobility is lovely,” said fictional commuter Douglas McInroy. “Can we start with mobility for people who just want Tesco Extra?”
Broxden declined to join the EU or leave it, describing itself as “a customs union of five exits”.
