PERTH — Councillors will be asked on Wednesday to approve up to £500,000 for a business case on an in-house transport model. A fictional consultant welcomed the move, saying the first £499,000 will establish that buses have wheels.
The real story: Real: up to £500,000 sought for business case; full council Wednesday (The Courier).
