PERTH — Walkers on Kinnoull Hill report the paths are now lined with hats, scarves and one full deckchair, all believed to have been delivered by the weekend’s winds.
“It’s like a museum,” said fictional walker Derek Lamond. “There’s a bobble hat from 1987. There’s a fascinator. I don’t know who took a fascinator up a hill in a storm, but I respect them.”
A Lost Hats trail is being considered. Please take care on hill paths after storms and watch for fallen branches.
The real story: Fictional.

No letters yet. The town is uncharacteristically quiet.
