Councillors Receive Glover Street Briefing Note; Glover Street Asks to See It Too

PERTH — Perth and Kinross Council has published a briefing note on Glover Street for elected members, leaving the street itself feeling, in the words of one imaginary lamppost, “a bit exposed”.
“Everybody’s got a note about me but me,” Glover Street did not say, because it is a street. A fictional resident added: “It’s a road. It has opinions. Mostly about buses.”
The council stressed that briefing notes are routine. Glover Street has nonetheless requested a copy in large print and a right of reply, and has begun leaving potholes as a form of protest.

No letters yet. The town is uncharacteristically quiet.
