Storm Names Should Sound More Threatening. ‘Boelo’ Sounds Like a Pudding

Name a storm ‘The Destroyer’ and folk take it seriously. Name it ‘Boelo’ and half of Perth thinks it’s a new dessert at the garden centre. I propose Storm Gas Bill. Everyone would hide.

The real story: Fictional.

  1. Storm Gas Bill would empty the streets in minutes. Genius.

  2. Boelo is a lovely name. Leave the storms alone, they’ve got feelings.
