Perthshire Kite Club Cancels Session, Citing ‘Too Much of a Good Thing’

PERTH — The fictional North Inch Kite Society cancelled Sunday’s meet, with its chair explaining: “There’s a wind and there’s a WIND.” Members will fly kites indoors, which is mostly sitting.
