Westminster Denies Leaning; Says It Is ‘Pivoting’

LONDON — A generic government spokesman has insisted the UK Government “has not leaned anywhere” this week, it has merely “pivoted, then pivoted back, in a forward-looking way”. Engineers asked to inspect the claims were told to come back after the recess.
