PERTH — Scott Street Car Park, closed since Wednesday, says it is “keeping its bays crossed” after the council said it would review the closure with a view to a partial reopening if possible.
“I’ve had nobody to talk to but a chimney,” it said, “and the chimney only talks about itself.” Drivers should check council updates before setting off.
