PERTH — A new league table ranking the city’s puddles has been published by the self-appointed Perth Puddle Authority, with a South Inch entrant retaining the title on depth and “general attitude”.
A newcomer on the Dunkeld Road was marked down for “being mostly a damp patch with ambitions”. Relegation is expected for any puddle that dries out, though none have done so since 2019.
The real story: Context: wet Tayside weather (Met Office).
