METHVEN — Temporary traffic lights across Perthshire reportedly entered ‘rain mode’ on Friday, a setting in which the red lasts long enough for a short life review.
“I finished a podcast episode,” said a driver near Almondbank. “Then the lights still hadn’t changed, so I started another.”
Council sources said timings are set for safety. Drivers said they are set for character.
