CRAIGIE — The puddle known locally as Loch Wee, which briefly dried during Thursday’s bright spells, was fully restored by Storm Austen overnight, to the relief of residents and one confused duck.

“It’s home,” said a neighbour. “The duck sat in it at 7am like nothing happened. That’s resilience.”

A small celebration was cancelled due to rain.
