DENVER — A wildlife overpass in Colorado has cut animal-vehicle collisions by 91%, beating its own target, and the elk who use it are said to be “insufferable”.
In Perthshire, deer have been watching with interest. “They got a bridge in a year,” said a Dunkeld stag. “We’ve been waiting for a dual carriageway for decades. Is it the antlers? Is it because ours are smaller?”
