PERTH — A drone has filmed a fin whale off the Pembrokeshire coast swallowing up to 18,000 gallons of water and krill in a single gulp, and the River Tay is said to be “not impressed”.

“Eighteen thousand gallons? We do that before breakfast in October,” said a man by Perth Bridge, gesturing at the swollen river. “If it wants to see real water, come to the North Inch after a wet weekend.”

Marine scientists confirmed whales are majestic and rare. A Perth fisherman confirmed the Tay is “majestic and frequent.”
