Council Meeting on Broxden Roundabout Itself Goes Round in Circles for Six Hours
Agenda item 4 revisited 'at least eleven times'; minutes now shaped like a circle.

PERTH — A council committee discussion on the Broxden roundabout lasted six hours on Tuesday and returned to its starting point so many times that officials now believe it was, structurally, a roundabout.
“We approached item 4 from the A9 side,” said a clerk. “Then someone took the second exit into the Park & Ride item. Then we came back round to item 4. Then the M90. By teatime nobody knew which item we were in.”
The minutes of the meeting have been printed in a circle. Readers are advised to start anywhere and “just keep going until it feels right.”
A motion to “do something” was carried, then withdrawn, then carried again, then left in the inside lane indefinitely.

The views expressed are those of the reader, and frankly that's on them.
No letters yet. The town is uncharacteristically quiet.
