DUNKELD — Fictional resident Dougie Petrie keeps a shed of clipboards for neighbours navigating planning processes.
“I don’t take sides,” he said. “I take refill pads. Sides are for the council.”
Dougie’s shed kettle is always on. Opinions are not served.
The real story: Fictional.
