Sunny intervals, highs around 13°C, gusts down from Chloe's almost-storm; hills still murky.

TAYSIDE — After Tuesday’s unnamed bluster, Wednesday brings sunny intervals and a few showers, more frequent over the Trossachs and western Perthshire, with the best of the sunshine toward Angus and the east.
Less windy and a little milder — highs around 13°C, feeling cooler in the breeze. Hills remain foggy and awkward for walkers; take the Met Office and MWIS seriously if you’re up high.
Tonight mainly dry with clear periods. Thursday looks mostly dry and bright. Please do not interpret “calmer” as “leave the coat at home”.
The real story: Met Office / Central Tayside & Fife: sunny intervals, showers west, less windy (28 Oct 2026)
