BLAIRGOWRIE — During the A93 diversions, fictional Emma Street residents have organised a rota so every diverted bus gets a wave.
“Drivers wave back,” said organiser Helen. “One of them mouthed ‘thank you’. I cried into my flask. It was a lot.”
Phase 2 starts Wednesday; the Wave Club says it is fully staffed.

No letters yet. The town is uncharacteristically quiet.
