Dundee Is Sending Its Leaves to Us Now, and I Have Proof

Columnist claims leaves on his drive 'have the attitude of a Dundee leaf'.

Leaves, suspiciously confident.

I have lived in Perth for forty years and I know a Perth leaf. Polite. Lies flat. Knows its place.

The leaves on my drive this morning were not Perth leaves. They were loud. They were blowing about in groups. One of them said ‘peh’.

I have bagged them and will be returning them to Dundee via the X56, which, I’m told, is now running and accepting all passengers, including foliage.

The real story: Fictional.

No letters yet. The town is uncharacteristically quiet.
