Traffic Cones Demand Co-Star Billing in Chimney Saga

PERTH — The cones surrounding the South Methven Street cordon have written to the Perthetic insisting on credit as co-stars, noting that “the chimney gets the headlines but we do the standing around”.
Their agent — also a cone — says they would accept second billing behind the chimney but “above the tape, obviously”.
