TAYSIDE — Met Office warnings of quite windy conditions around the coasts left Broughty Ferry residents clutching hoods and blaming “whatever Perth did to the sky yesterday”.
A Dundee man said: “Yous had the sun. Now we’ve got the wind. Typical.” A Perth woman replied that rain is “shared fairly” and wind is “between you and the North Sea”.
Hats were lost. Dogs leaned. One sandwich boarded a bus without its owner.
The real story: Real: Met Office — windy around coasts Friday
