PERTH — Two performers in London staged a joust on rental e-bikes while wearing full suits of armour, and Perth has responded with characteristic restraint.
“Armour’s sensible,” said a cyclist from Letham. “If you’re going to cycle round Perth during the roadworks, you need it. I’d add a helmet with a visor and a horn.”
