BLAIRGOWRIE — Fictional resident Dot Barrie, 78, has waved at diverted buses so consistently she can identify drivers by horn.
“Two short toots is Andy. One long is the woman who likes tablet. Three means the flask is empty.”
Dot will continue through Phase 2. The Wave Club has made her honorary chair.
The real story: Fictional.
